Step 1: Open Zalo up, go to the list of friends, click the name of the person you want to block the message. Then click the icon 3 horizontal dots in the top right corner of the screen, drag down the bottom slide the slider in Block this person to the right to block messages, calls from this person.
Step 2: A confirmation window appears, click Yes . Immediately notice the successful blocking, that person can not send you messages anymore.
