4. Select the “Block contact” option.
   
5. Confirm your choice by tapping “Block” again.

Incessant Skype calls from an unknown or unwanted individual can become a serious nuisance, especially if you work from home. Fortunately, the Windows Skype app offers several methods to restore your peace and quiet.

Here’s how to block a Skype contact on your Windows PC:

1. Click on your “Chats” or “Contacts” tab, depending on the last time the person contacted you.
   
2. Scroll down until you locate their name.
3. Right-click on their tab.
   
4. Select the “View profile” option.
   

Once the Profile pop-up window appears, you have two options to reach the Block option:

• Scroll to the bottom of the window.
  
• Click on the pencil icon in the upper-right corner.
  

Regardless of your chosen path, the Block contact option will be the last on the list, highlighted in red.

• Press the “Block” option if you only want to remove the person from your Skype contacts.
