Visit the Galaxy Apps Store and look for Samsung Health Monitor .
Tap Install below and the app will now automatically be installed on your Galaxy phone.
When the download is complete, tap Open at the bottom of the app store page. Alternatively, you can also open it from the app drawer by clicking its respective icon inside.
The Samsung Health Monitor app will now automatically detect your paired Galaxy Watch 3. This app will then ask you to grant Use this watch to measure your blood pressure and ECG permission - Use this watch to measure blood pressure and electrocardiogram . Tap Accept to get started.
Next, the application will ask you to create a personal profile, enter health information so that the Health app can make an appropriate assessment report. Fill in all the required information and you will be taken to an introductory screen.
Swipe up to get started.
Tap the ECG tab at the top, instead of Blood Pressure, to conduct an electrocardiogram.
Tap Get Started at the bottom of the screen.
You will now see instructions on how to use Samsung's ECG. Read it carefully as they will help you get the most out of the device when conducting an ECG. Tap Next after you've finished reading.
The application will interpret the different results that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 displays after taking the ECG. Make sure you read the whole thing to pinpoint your problem. Then, tap Next at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and tap OK .
The watch will ask you to place your finger on the upper right button to start measuring.
Note : You don't need to press/activate the button, just place your finger gently on it.
You should now see a timer above the watch face showing the time you need to wait before the check is complete.
When the ECG is done, you will see the results on the screen. Then, access the report in the Samsung Health app on your mobile device and can share it if you want.
Note : Galaxy Watch 2018 does not support ECG function as it does not have built-in hardware for accurate ECG reading.
