Rice vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 3 spoons
Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons

Minced garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
1 small apple
Thinly sliced scallions
Chopped fresh cilantro
Roasted sesame seeds
Making:
Soak dry seaweed in warm water for about 5 minutes.
To drain, squeeze out the water and cut the seaweed into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the spices mentioned above into 1 bowl to make salad dressing
Cut the apple into bite-sized slices, add the sauce topping with seaweed, scallions and cilantro.
Finally sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

1 handful of dried seaweed, large plate
Carrots, peas
Shrimp
Spice
How to cook:
Tofu slices to taste
Diced carrots
The seaweed is soaked in water until it blooms.
Wash shrimp, scramble it with cooking oil to make it fragrant, then put shrimp in, stir until hunting again. Pour water into a pot to boil and then drop carrots and peas. Heat until soft.
Put the beans in, season to taste the spices to taste.
