Some notes before drawing an organizational chart:
- To create an organizational chart for people's names, create a data table with the first column being the names of the people you want to appear on the chart. The second column is the name of a higher level manager than the first column.
- If creating a location map, enter each low location in the first column and the second column as the high location.
- If you want to make a genealogy chart, the first column is the name of each family member in the first column and the parents in the second column.
Step 1: First we will access the Google Sheets page on the computer's browser. Then, go to the data table for which you want to create a genealogical, organizational chart.
Step 2: In the Spreadsheet interface, highlight the cells containing the information you want to create a chart for.
