Method 1: Reinstall Mouse Driver

1.Press Windows Key + R then type control and hit Enter.

Cortana is Microsoft’s virtual assistant created for Windows 10. Cortana is designed to provide answers to the users, using the Bing search engine and is able to perform basic tasks like recognizing natural voice to set reminders, manage calendars, fetch weather or news updates, search for files and documents, etc.
