Instructions to adjust footsteps in Call of Duty: Warzone
First of all, you need to wear a headset before editing these settings and saving it so you don't have to fix it many times.
Step 1: Access to the game, click Setting . In the Audio mix section in the Audio section on the first line, you will see that the game is in the standard mode is Studio Reference . This mode, along with Dynamic Home Theater, is the two worst options for identifying footsteps. Switching to Home Theater makes it a bit better, but the best option is still the Boost modes. Boost will enhance different sounds on the map including footsteps. As shown below, we will select Boost High to maximize the sound effect.
Of course, depending on your sound system, you can use Boost (the most basic level of this setting) or Boost High (Increasing more than footsteps). With this setting many other sounds are also enhanced, maybe at first you will not get used to it, but after going through a few battles, its effect will be evident.
In addition, players can also combine the sound adjustment of Master Volume (Total Sound) if your sound is too loud or too small. Click and drag Master Volume right below the Audio mix .
Note: Some headsets have specific features specific to the game (eg, increase footsteps). Therefore, when Boost High is activated simultaneously with the function of the headset, it may cause annoying noise due to conflict. So, try to go back and forth between the sound modes to find the best option for yourself.
