One of the useful features that users need to know is the Livestream feature from zoom meeting to Facebook. If you use a premium account, you can livestream the meeting on Facebook. From there, people who aren't in the Zoom meeting can still follow your meeting on Facebook. Livestream helps you reach and interact with more people on the social network Facebook. Enable Livestreaming in Settings
First, log in to your Zoom account on the Zoom.us website .
To enable the Livestreaming feature, you need to set it up in the Settings section.
Select Settings > In Meeting (Advanced)
Look for the item " Allow livestreaming of meetings" and select the green tick for this mode.
Select the platforms you want to livestream (Facebook, Workplace by Facebook, Youtube, Custom Live Streaming Service)
Instructions to livestream Zoom on Facebook
To conduct a livestream, start your Zoom meeting.
Note: You need to be the Host of the meeting to be able to livestream on Facebook.
At the meeting control toolbar, select More > Live on Facebook
Note:
- When you set up Livestream on Facebook, Facebook may show the message “This endpoint is deprecated and will not be accessible once the next Graph API version is released. Please use the Live API instead.” You do not need to care about this message and choose Next
- In case you can't live stream on Facebook, try clearing your cache and cookies and try again
- Zoom does not support the new Facebook Live Producer feature. If there is a message from Facebook asking you to try this feature, select Dismiss
Set up livestream information on Facebook
To set up Livestream, you need to log in to the Facebook account you want to use to livestream.
Then, allow Zoom to link to your Facebook account.
Next, you need to set up information for the Livestream section on Facebook.

Choose where to post your Zoom Meeting: Choose where you want to livestream
- Share on your own timeline: Livestream on personal page
- Share to your page: Livestream on Facebook page
- Share to your group: Livestream in Facebook group
Note: To be able to Livestream on Facebook pages and groups, you need to be the Admin of that Facebook page or group. If you are the Admin of many Facebook Pages and Groups, choose the correct Page or Group you want to livestream
Who should see this: Select the mode who can watch the livestream (Public, Friends, Only me)
After you have set up the information, select Go Live to start the livestream
Zoom displays a notification that it is preparing to Livestream on Facebook
Zoom displays the meeting announcement being livestreamed on Facebook
Stop the livestream by ending the meeting or selecting the arrow icon in the top left corner > Stop Live Stream
