Step 1: Open the Viber app on your phone and select a friend or group you want to send files to. Next, click on the three dots icon below the text box, then choose Send file. Navigate to the desired file in your phone’s storage to send it.

Step 2: Once you find the file you wish to send, click on it to share. When you receive a notification for an incoming file, simply click on the download arrow icon to save it to your device. The same process applies when receiving files from others.
Note: Downloaded files are typically saved in the Downloads folder within your phone's file management system.
