When using Instagram's camera, usually a few stickers and filters will be available, if you can't find any more stickers and filters, you can fix it by following the ways below.
First, the easiest thing is to try to find and download the stickers and filters that you want to use.
Open Instagram's Story camera, then slide the Effects bar to the right and tap Search (the magnifying glass icon).
In the Effects store, you can enter the name of the effect you want to find in the search bar, or swipe to select the effect by theme and save it to your camera.
Sometimes the application crashes also causes the loss of stickers and filters, to fix it, you should restart (force stop) the application.
For Android phones , to restart the app, press and hold the Instagram app icon, then select App info and click Force stop .
To close apps on your iPhone , first you need to open the multitasking window by swiping up from the bottom edge and holding it a bit (for iPhones without the physical Home button) or double-pressing the Home button, then swipe up the Instagram app image to close the app.
Another cause of your stickers and filters disappearing might come from the full memory of your phone.
To free up storage space, delete unnecessary photo, video or app files and app data and then try again.
If you have tried the above steps but still do not try it, please restart your phone. Power off the phone then turn it on again and access Instagram to see if the error has been fixed.
For Android phones, you can try clearing app data and cache to revert apps to default state.
Press and hold the Instagram app icon on the screen, select App Info and then press Archive .
Select the Archive section
In the Storage section, click to select 2 options Clear data and Clear cache respectively .

Note : When selecting Clear data, all data of the application including files, settings, accounts, ... will be permanently deleted.
If you have tried all of the above but still do not fix it, please try to delete and reinstall the application. Then log in to your account and use.
