Microsoft Paint 3D is Microsoft's excellent 3D graphics software with lots of great features. In particular, you can bring your work to life with Mixed Reality.
The instructions below will help you create models and use the Mixed Reality feature of Microsoft Paint 3D effectively.
1. Open Microsoft Paint 3D . If you do not have the program on Windows, you can click here to download the software to your computer. Note, the software supports Windows 10 and above. Choose to open a new project.
2. Select the 3D object button from the menu. This will open a side menu, here, click ' Get more models ' to open Remix 3D from the web. You need internet connection to do this.
3. Click ' Get Started ' in Paint 3D.
4. Scroll down until you find a model named ' Make a creature '. Click on it.
5. You can close Remix 3D by clicking any button on the toolbar.
6. The video below will guide you to create a funny monster. You can then turn the doodle into a 3D object and create a space with 2 3D objects.
7. Click the ' Mixed reality ' tool and wait for it to load.
8. Move the device around until you are satisfied with the viewing angle on the screen. Then tap the screen to drop the monster at the desired place. If it doesn't feel right, click on it to bring it back to Paint 3D, then edit it again. A round button appears, allowing you to take pictures of monsters in the new environment.
9. Select the model view to move the monster around and see its meaning at different angles.
