Before doing any of the above steps, you must check if your iPhone has iCloud installed ? Then start under the instructions Restore iPhone when forgetting screen lock password.

Step 1: Connect your phone to a computer with a cable and turn on iTunes on the computer. If you do not have iTunes, download the latest iTunes to your device.
Step 2: Press and hold the Power key until the slider appears> Swipe right to turn off the phone> Wait 5 seconds for the machine to shut down completely.
Step 3: Put your iPhone in DFU mode by pressing and holding the Power key + the Home key at the same time for about 10 seconds.
Step 4: After 10 seconds remove the Power key > Continue to hold the Home key for about 10 seconds .
Step 5: Click "Restore" on iTunes> iTunes will notify it detecting that the device is in need of recovery> Select "OK" to complete.
In this, there are 2 cases to note:
- Forgot iCloud password.
- Remember iCloud password.
If "Forgot iCloud password" but still remember the personal information when creating an account, see the article: " Forgot iCloud password and how to get back " to get back. If you forget this registration information, it's really "all the way"> Just bring to an outside store to try to open the phone (this way is not safe, not guaranteed and is not recommended).
If "Remember iCloud password" or get your account back from the above step, you can follow the method 1 and to activate iPhone, you need to enter your iCloud account and password.
So fix the problem of forgetting the iPhone password , now you can use your device as usual. Good luck.
