- Step 1 : Open the Zalo application > Click the Media Box message .

- Step 2 : In the Media Box section will display the information pages that you are interested in, click to select the page you want to remove.

- Step 3 : Click the icon in the right corner of the screen > Select Remove interest .

- Step 4 : At this point, the Zalo system will ask you to confirm that you will not receive messages from this Official> Click on Remove interest again.
