Step 1: First, open the Instagram app on your phone, then click on the messenger icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2: At the Messages section interface , click on Meeting room section .
Step 3: Next, tap Create meeting room .
Step 4: At the bottom of the screen now, click the Create meeting room button under the name .
Step 5: Click the Send button to the right of the name of the friend you want to talk to in the meeting room on Instagram. Then, tap the Done button at the bottom of the screen.
