Leblanc DTCL season 8: Build, lineup, how to build
Besides Soraka, Leblanc is a reputable ADMIN carry in the mid-game compared to the current 3-cost champions of TFT season 8 such as Jax, Vayne or Zoe. She can even be the carry of the ADMIN team or the Mage team when she only has 3 costs and rolls easier than late-game carries like Taliyah or Soraka. If you are preparing to have a 3-star Leblanc, scroll down here to see what she needs.

Mage champions replace their next basic attack with a magical orb, which they throw at a random target every 5 seconds. The orb deals magic damage equal to 50% of their ability power. Mage champions gain increased AP for each stop.

Ability: Leblanc shoots 5/6/8 marks at her target, each mark dealing 75/95/125 magic damage. If the target is killed, she continues to cast the ability on the nearest target and uses 1 more mark.
Because she has 3 clans, Leblanc can be present in many teams and sub-clans like Hacker will help other carries when they can rush straight into the enemy team's back row and kill the carry there. Simple Mage plus SMPT and ADMIN can help Leblanc choose flexible clan effects, making up for the lack of other clans.

Simply, she deals magic damage, so if you determine that she is the team's main force, get a lot of Tears > Oversized Rod > BF Sword > Sparring Gloves. Leblanc will need familiar items such as Sorcerer's Cap, Jeweled Gloves, Archangel's Staff, Shiv, and Hand of Justice to increase her damage. As for the Blue Charm and Spear of Shojin, Hextech Gunblade or Bloodthirster items, they will help her shorten her cast time and restore health.

4 ADMIN
There are only 4 ADMINs but the surrounding support clans are quite a lot, you should choose this team with upgrades belonging to Leblanc or Soraka. Along with that are technology upgrades that increase STVL or SMPT when the team has many clan buffs.
Blitzcrank will be the main tank, Lee Sin along with Camille and Ekko will help buy time for Soraka and Leblanc to stay below and destroy the enemy team. Or you can also send Soraka or Leblanc to rush into the enemy team's back row when you have Hacker. Zoe deals extra damage and Janna buffs all the champions standing below.
ADMIN Mage
Replace Blitzcrank with Annie as the main tank in this team, she must be at least 3 stars and put all the tank items into Annie. An effective secondary tank will be Sejuani as she has the ability to stun the opponent. The damage dealer in this team will still be the duo Soraka and Leblanc along with Sona and Janna.
Prodigy
Having 5 Prodigies may not seem to have anything to do with Leblanc, but Zoe is the link between Hacker and Prodigy. The team's equipment will be quite flexible as the Prodigies can create 2 unstable items and they will be very flexible for the champions in the team.
However, Nunu and Leblanc or Soraka still need items, the main tank Alistar will also need equipment to defend better. The Prodigy does not create other effects but in return the team will have more sub-races. So the DTCL season 8 technology upgrades suitable for the team will be upgrades related to having many races in the team.
Leblanc can be present in many different lineups and will be an effective damage dealer. In particular, she can use slowroll to reach 3 stars and soon become the team's main force at level 7.
