Deep Freeze Standard is the most popular computer hard drive freezing software today. Particularly loved by many Internet cafes, after installing even if customers have installed applications, changed system settings, virus attacks ... it also becomes meaningless when the computer is restarted.
So, do you know how to install and use this popular hard drive freeze software? Please refer to the following article to easily use the Deep Freeze Standard software.
Step 1: Double-click the DFStd.exe file , a window to start installing Deep Freeze Standard, click Next to continue.
Step 2: The next window is the terms that the manufacturer requires before installing. Select I accept the terms in the License Agreement to agree to the terms. Then click Next to continue.
Step 3: Tick the button Use Evaluation to try, if using the copyright, enter the code in the License Key box . Then click Next to continue.
Step 4: This window displays the entire hard drive, select which drive freezes (here select drive C ). Then click Next to continue.
Step 5: Click Install to start the installation.
Installation process:
After installation is completed, the system will reboot.
Step 6: After restarting the Deep Freeze window appears asking you to set a Deep Freeze management password. Click Yes to continue.
Enter the new password in the Enter New Password box , retype the password in the Confirm Password box , then click OK to complete the password setting process.
Note: You need to remember this password to manage Deep Freeze. Ex: To freeze another drive, remove ... then you must use this password.
At this time, a window appears informing you that a new password has been successfully set. Click OK to continue.
Step 1: You can use the following 2 ways to open Deep Freeze Standard:
Now the Deep Freeze Standard window appears, asking you to enter the password in the Enter Password box . Then click OK to continue using:
Step 2: This is the main interface of Deep Freeze Standard, at the Status tab includes 3 main settings for you to choose:
After selecting the modes, click OK to apply, and Apply and Reboot to apply and reboot.
To change your Deep Freeze password , open the main management screen:
And select the Password tab as shown below:
Enter the new password 2 times, then click OK
Note : The computer must be restarted to activate.
