ON/OFF button
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the air conditioner and press the ON/OFF button again to turn off the air conditioner.
MODE button
To select the air conditioner mode, there is cooling mode, fan mode, Dry mode, with Mitsubishi 2-way air conditioner there will be an additional heating mode for winter. The modes are displayed through the icon on the left side of the screen.
FAN SPEED button
Press this button to adjust the fan speed you want. There are 4 wind levels to choose from, you can press continuously until the screen displays the desired speed (the number of fan blades is the wind level).
TEMP button
Adjust the temperature up or down in the direction of the arrow.
HI POWER/ECONO button
To switch between HI POWER and ECONO power saving modes, press the “HI POWER/ECONO” button continuously. Each time you press the button, the mode will switch in the order Off - HI POWER - ECONO - Off.
AIR FLOW button
Press the button repeatedly until the appropriate cooling direction is selected.
ON/OFF/CANCEL button
To set the time to turn the machine on or off automatically, first press the “ON” button if you want to set the on time or press the “OFF” button if you want to set the off time. Then, use the two buttons to increase or decrease the temperature to adjust the time you want to set. If you want to cancel the timer setting, press the “CANCEL” button on the remote control.
SLEEP button
When you press the NIGHT button (in some machines it is SLEEP), the machine will activate sleep mode. You can choose the operating time to vary from 1 to 10 hours.
When this button is turned on in summer cooling mode, the room temperature increases by 1 degree Celsius every hour and then remains the same.
For example: Set 27 degrees C, press the button, after 1 hour the temperature is 28 degrees C and after 2 hours it increases to 29 degrees C and stays at 29 degrees C until the machine stops.
When this button is turned on in winter heating mode, the temperature will gradually decrease, after 30 minutes it will decrease by 1 degree C and after 2 hours it will be 4 degrees C, then it will remain at the set value minus 4 degrees C.
For example, if set at 25 degrees C, after 30 minutes it will be 24 degrees C, after 1 hour it will be 23 degrees C, after 2 hours it will be 21 degrees C and will stay at 21 degrees C until the machine stops.
The timer function on the air conditioner helps us control the time to turn the air conditioner on and off as required.
Shutdown timer:
If you want the air conditioner to turn off in 3 hours, do the following:
1. Press the ON TIMER button, the – o light will flash, the current time level displayed on the control screen is 0:00
2. Press the ▲ and ▼ buttons to bring the number to the correct number 3
3. Press the ON TIMER button again, the screen shows -o and the TIMER light on the indoor unit lights up. The time will start counting down until it reaches 0:00, then the air conditioner will automatically turn off.
To exit timer mode simply press the CANCEL button.
To reset the time displayed on the remote control, remove the remote control battery and reinsert it, the remote control will automatically switch to time setting mode.
