1. Clean the keys

2. Turn on the Clipboard History toggle switch

Press the Start button and select Settings.

Select the System > Sound pane and scroll down to find the Clipboard option .

Click on it and in the right panel, see if the Clipboard History toggle is enabled.

If not, turn the switch to the On position.

3. Check the Snip & Sketch toggle switch

Once again, open Settings , select the System tile and navigate to the Notifications & actions section .

Here, make sure the Snip & Sketch toggle switch is set to On.

4. Reset Snip & Sketch

Try unplugging and replugging your USB devices like game controllers etc. and see if that helps.

6. Use PrintScreen instead of Win + Shift + S

Alternatively, you can use the PrintScreen key instead of Win + Shift + S .
