1. Open CapCut on your iPhone.
   
2. Tap on the “New Project” banner in the upper-left corner of the screen.
   
3. Locate the video that you want to upload and tap on the “Add” button.
   
4. Trim and resize the video if you want.
5. Decide when you want your new layer to start and pause the video there.
   
6. Tap on the “Overlay” button on the bottom toolbar.
   
7. Trim the new layer and make sure it starts at the right time.

1. Open CapCut on your Android.
   
2. Go to “New Project” in the upper-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Select the first video that you want to upload.
   
4. Trim and resize the video if you want to.
5. If the video has a 9:16 aspect ratio, rotate it so it can fit the screen horizontally.
6. Go to “Format” on the bottom toolbar and select the “16:9” aspect ratio.
   
7. Select “Overlay.”
   
8. Choose the second video and go to the “Add” button in the bottom-right corner.
   
9. Go to “Mask” on the bottom toolbar, and choose “Filmstrip.”
   
10. Place the second video underneath the first.
    
11. To add the third video, tap on the “Overlay” option again.

When you press “Play,” all three videos will play at the exact same time. Just keep in mind that your second and third videos can’t be longer than the first one. It can either be shorter or of the same duration.
