3. Select “Personalization and data.”
   
4. Choose “Download your data.”

6. You’ll get a data request confirmation. Tap on the “Download data” tab to see the status of your request. For now, it says “Pending,” which means TikTok is processing your request. It usually takes about 24 hours.
