Method 1 – Reset Instagram Password using Website

To reset the password of Instagram through the website follow the below steps:

1.Open the Instagram website on your favorite browser on the computer.

2.You are resetting your password which means you already have an account. Login into your account by clicking on the Login button.

3.Enter your registered phone number or username or email.

4.Click on the Forgot password link under the login button.

5.As soon as you click the Forgot password link the below screen will open up.

6.Again enter either your username, phone number or email linked to your Instagram account to get a link to reset your password.

7.After entering the phone number or email click on Send Login Link button.

8.Once you click on “Send Login Link” button, a password reset link will be sent to your email or phone number.
