Instructions for using the Message Classification feature on Zalo
Step 1: First, we will open the Zalo application on our phone. Then, at the main interface of the application, click on the account icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 2: In Zalo's account management section, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Now in the main interface of the Settings section , touch the Messages section.
Step 4: Now in the Chat section , turn on the switch in the Chat classification section.
Step 5: After turning on this feature, go back to Zalo's main interface, press and hold on the conversation you want to classify.
Step 6: Next, tap on Category : other.
Step 7: To view the conversations you have sorted on Zalo, in the Messages section of the application, click on Other at the top of the screen.
Step 8: Finally, the screen will display the conversations that have been eliminated.
With this great feature, you will be able to focus on important messages and ignore less priority messages. However, this feature only supports Zalo on mobile, Zalo PC and Zalo Web versions are not yet available.
