How to connect PS5 controller to iPhone or iPad
You may not know it, but the Sony PlayStation 5 DualSense controller also supports easy pairing with iPhone or iPad, fully compatible with many popular games, helping to bring you a more enjoyable and complete gaming experience on mobile devices.
However, it's worth noting that in order to support the PS5 DualSense controller, your iPhone or iPad must be running iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, or later, so make sure to check and update your device to the latest operating system versions before you begin.

Connect PS5 controller to iPhone or iPad
Pairing DualSense to your iOS device will only work if your phone is running iOS 14.5 or later. You can check your device version by going to General Settings on your iOS device, tapping About , and checking the iOS Version tab .

If your operating system software is compatible, tap General in the top left corner to return to Settings and select Bluetooth . Make sure the toggle is turned on and put your PS5 controller into pairing mode.
Scroll down to Other Devices on your mobile phone and wait until you see the DualSense Wireless Controller option .

Once done, select it and your phone will connect to the controller.
You can also connect the DualSense controller to your Mac and other Apple devices, but connecting to your iPhone is by far the most convenient option, especially if you're looking for something portable.
Find iPhone and iPad games compatible with PS5 controller

How to reconnect DualSense controller to PS5
You won't want to use your DualSense with your mobile device forever, and there will come a time when you want to reconnect the controller to your PS5. Thankfully, it's easy and only takes a few minutes.
Start by turning on your PS5 console. You can then manually reconnect your controller using a USB-A to USB-C cable. Plug the USB-A end into the console and the USB-C end into the slot on the end of your controller. The controller should reconnect automatically.

You can also reconnect wirelessly using Bluetooth if you have two controllers, as long as one controller is already synced.
Using your primary controller, go to Settings on your PS5 and go to Accessories . Open Bluetooth Accessories from the General tab and put your controller back into pairing mode by holding the Create and PS buttons . When the second controller appears, select it to reconnect to your PS5.
